Darvan Brenco Rapid Dryer 1000
The Darvan Brenco rapid dryer has been developed to suit a testing laboratory that requires fast drying times on materials that come off a production line and need to be analysed in the shortest possible time. The rapid dryer uses high velocity air to dry a material up to five times faster than a conventional drying oven. The velocity of the heated air can be controlled electronically from 1 m/s to as high as 4.5 m/s over the sample to ensure maximum heat distribution which is required to dry samples as quickly as possible.

The rapid dryer is equipped with either eighteen 600 mm x 600 mm trays or thirty-six 300 mm x 600 mm half trays. All drying trays are stainless steel as standard and samples of up to 4kg’s per full tray or 2 kg per half tray can be dried, in total 72 kg’s of sample can be dried at once.
